Return Policy

  • Before we sell each item, we ensure that the goods are of good quality. We only accept replacement or refund requests for major quality issues. This does not include defects such as glue or thread in the general production process. In other cases, no replacement or refund will be accepted.
  • If the size is inappropriate, you can exchange the size with the receipt within 7 days, and we will not accept it after the deadline. If there is no suitable size, you can also change other stocks. If the value of the purchased product is higher than the exchanged product, the difference will not be returned. No refunds and reissues.
  • We do not accept returns on accidental powder makeup, lipstick or soles on the product.
  • We DO NOT refund shipping fees and any other miscellaneous fees associated with your return product(s).
  • The product has been used, watered, and smelly (the smell of perfume, wardrobe fragrance, smoke, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • All goods must be returned in the form of their original condition, i.e. packaging, card labels. Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. If the goods have been damaged, modified, no replacement will be arranged.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs (both return and re-ship cost).
  • Each item can only be replaced once. Please go to the store to change the item and we do not accept the mail replacement.
  • We cannot refund or exchange on special offer products (include inappropriate size selected by customer).
  • It is customer's responsibility to ensure the returned packages are in good condition until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We reserve the rights to refund or exchange because of any issues during the return delivery process, include but not limited to un-deliverable, damage of the package, missing parts, delay, etc.
  • Regarding the above terms, Ball Head reserves the right of the final decision on all return cases.

Some products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Socks
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear


Return Procedure

Please note that we are not responsible for the return shipping costs in all the cases.

1) You have to return the product to our collection center in your own cost, we have collection centers at

Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Selangor Malaysia, Guangzhou China

2) The return address is just a place to collect the item, we have stock in Hong Kong only,  so, we cannot replace the item to you immediately.

3) We will check against the item for defects, it will take 1-2 business day. 

4) If the returned item has no problem, we will request you to pay for the return shipping fee (will confirm with you in advance).

5) After we confirm the return shipping fee, we will ship the new item to you from Hong Kong.
